Drillsearch Energy Limited has over 20 years of petroleum production and exploration experience, with a balanced development pipeline of permit interests containing a portfolio of production interests and exploration interests right through the development charts in Australia, Canada, and Papua New Guinea. This mix offers shareholders asset growth with real upside potential.

The Company

Drillsearch is an upstream petroleum company formed to explore, and develop, the conventional petroleum of a number of highly prospective areas specifically selected because of their potential to either yield significant discoveries and early cash flow or provide potential for high impact, "company maker" discoveries.

This mis is designed to enabel Drillsearch to increase shareholder value by becoming, in the n ear future, a successful and sustainable, mid tier Australasian oil and gas explorer and producer.

Drillsearch will grow by increasing reserves and production, using commercial and technical skills to continue creating value in the hydrocarbon business and to acquire/merge with complementary businesses. At the same time undertaking operations offering shareholders potential major upside with exposure to offshore Australian exploration plays. This will be achieved by:

• Concentrating on core areas in Australasia.

• Adding value by corporate and asset acquisitions/mergers, that will provide incremental exploration and development opportunities.

• Emphasising the acquisition of proven reserves where enhanced recovery techniques and low overheads will extend production and reserves life.

• Maintaining low overheads.
